Our Business

The Dolly Tub laundry service at Park Farm Shopping Centre, Allestree was established in 1990. In December 2017, we were delighted to take over the ownership of the business, which continues to provide the same high-class service provided by The Dolly Tub's loyal team of staff, who have over 20 years combined experience. We offer the complete service from start to finish or wash only, wash dry and fold, dry only and iron only.

We do not use our machines to wash any contaminated items i.e. horse blankets, pet blankets, items contaminated by oil or any other grease products. 

We have an assortment of seven machines to fulfill all weight capacities. Our driers can dry pretty much anything due to the varying heat temperature options. Our top-of-the-range commercial irons and vented ironing boards give the pressing a crisp finish far superior to household ironing appliances.

We take pride in our presentation. Pressed shirts, for example, will be placed on hangers, complete with shoulder guard and a plastic covering. Our services are greatly appreciated by every customer - commercial, the elderly and people who want us to take the load out of their basket - some of  whom have been using our services for over 20 years.

This service includes detergent, fabric conditioner, folding and packaging.

We also offer a wash only service or a dry only service.
